The newly appointed Executive Secretary of Yobe State Emergency Management Agency, Dr. Mohammed Goje has formerly taken over the helms of affairs of the agency.
The Director Rescue and Operations of the Agency, Garba Bilal today presented the handing over notes to the new executive secretary at the agency's office at the Governor Office in Damaturu.
The new ES promises a roboust SEMA that will become a cynosure of excellence for others across the country.
